Movie plot
In the gritty urban landscape of Kaiko City, poverty and crime are rampant. But when a corrupt businessman decides to run for mayor and begins eliminating his opponents from the rival mafia, the city plunges into chaos. With no one to turn to and no hope in sight, a former police captain serving time for murder is secretly released and put in charge of a special task force to take down the corrupt businessman and restore order to the city.
