Movie plot
Ryo Saeba is the City Hunter, a "sweeper" in the city of Tokyo. He and his sidekick Kaori Makimura are hired by desperate people with major problems. When he's not keeping the streets clean, Ryo is chasing the ladies and what will Kaori do?
