In the early 2000s, a small group of shadowy activists in Scotland took drastic measures to get a Scottish island cleaned up. They had grown tired of the government's inaction and decided to take matters into their own hands.Using deadly anthrax as their weapon of choice, the activists targeted the island's main source of pollution: a local paper mill. They sent letters laced with anthrax to the mill's executives, threatening to spread the deadly bacteria throughout the island if they didn't take action to clean up their act.
