Despite the "Jack The Ripper" murders having ceased a year ago, the shadow of the infamous killer still looms over London. Newspaper reporter Sebastian Stubb, desperate to break a big story, decides to investigate the murders again in hopes of discovering new evidence. His investigation leads him down a dangerous path, as he starts receiving threatening letters from someone who claims to be the real killer.
