In 1950s London, a widowed cleaning lady finds herself struggling to make ends meet until an unexpected turn of events leads her to fall madly in love. After many years being single and without having much joy in her life, the cleaning lady unexpectedly meets a man who makes her heart flutter and soon they become inseparable.
